Parent Coaching Support
Parent Coaching Support is where you get to stop guessing and start feeling steady again. During these one-on-one sessions, we sit down together-usually on Zoom after the kids are in bed-and look at your real life: the school emails piling up, the behavior struggles at home, the Regional Center or IHSS questions you are losing sleep over.
We turn that chaos into a clear plan. I help you understand IEPs, Regional Center services, IHSS, and other California benefits in plain language, so you know what to ask for and how to ask. We can rehearse what you want to say in meetings, draft emails together, and break big, scary tasks into tiny steps you can actually get done between therapies, work, and everyday parenting.
Because I am also raising a child with autism, speech/language challenges, and ADHD, we talk about more than paperwork. We can troubleshoot meltdowns, tricky routines, and transitions; create visual schedules or checklists; and explore ways to support your child's regulation while still taking care of yourself.
Each session ends with specific action items: what to send, what to track, what to prep next, and when to circle back. You will start to feel more organized, more confident speaking up, and less like you are constantly behind.
Parent Coaching Support is perfect if you want a thinking partner-someone who knows the systems, respects your instincts, and helps you become the strong, informed advocate your child needs. Instead of piecing together random advice from social media, you get focused guidance built around your family, your culture, and your long-term vision for your child's life.
